A man accused of allowing a dog to be dangerously out of control and cause injury had his case adjourned.

David Wood, 45, of Bolsover Road, Grantham, is also accused of two further charges of allowing a dog to be dangerously out of control in a public place with no injury.

All three charges relate to an alleged incident in Caunt Road, Grantham, on April 25. No pleas have yet been entered.

The case was adjourned until July 15.
