Brick-layer Joshua Deakin was arrested by police after he was seen shirtless and acting aggressively in Westgate at 2.45am.
Paul Wood, prosecuting, said Deakin, of Oxford Street, Grantham, was seen “shirtless, swearing at door staff, swinging his arms in their direction and making what it generally considered to be a ‘come on’ gesture”.
He was then arrested door being drunk and disorderly.
Deakin, defending himself, admitted the charge. He told magistrates he could only remember bits of the night’s events but added: “I’m sorry. I was drunk.”
Deakin, 22, was sentenced to a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.
