Grantham magistrates issued a warrant without bail for a man accused of stealing 18 cans of deodorant from a Co-op store and £98 worth of razor blades from Boots.

Raymond Binnie, 42, of Warmington Avenue, Grantham, is accused of stealing the deodorant and two bottles of shower gel worth a total of £65.02 from the Co-op on Princess Drive in the town on September 29. He is also accused of stealing two steaks worth £7.04 from the store on the same day.

Binnie also stands accused of stealing the razor blades from Boots on September 24.

He failed to turn up at Grantham Mafistrates’ Court on Monday.
