A DRINK driver was caught after police responded to a tip-off on December 11.
Atila Meszaros, 29, of St Pierre Avenue, Grantham, was driving along Chambers Street at 3.20am when police spoke to him.
He admitted that he had been driving and was given a breath test.
He recorded 62mcgs in 100ml of breath - the legal limit is 35mcgs.
Meszaros was disqualified from driving for 18 months by the magistrates at Grantham.
The Moy Park worker, who has lived in shared accomodation in Grantham since 2008, was also fined £315.
Meszaros was ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 to go towards the victims of crime.
