A DRINK driver ended up in court after police spotted him exiting through the entrance of a car park in Watergate.
Robbie Collins, 34, of King Edward Road, Doncaster, admitted being over the limit to drive. He recorded a breath test of 82mcg in breath - the limit is 35mcg.
Chris Pye-Smith, defending, said: “It was a misjudgement on the part of the defendant. He didn’t realise that he was going to be over the limit at all let alone over by the amount he was. He is full of regret for this incident.”
Collins was disqualified for 21 months and ordered to pay a £300 fine with costs of £85 and £15 victim surcharge.
