The results are in...and staff and students at Kesteven and Grantham Girls’ School could not be happier.
The 173 students in Year 11 achieved an overall A*-C pass rate of 97 per cent, with 59 per cent of all entries being awarded the top A*/A grades. This is the same as last year and equals their second best ever performance.
Headteacher Graham Burks said he is “delighted” for his students and staff, adding: “They have worked so hard to achieve these results.
“The girls remained focussed and have continued to achieve at the highest levels.”
In all, 35 students achieved all A*/A grades with 31 per cent of the year group achieving 10 or more A*/A grades. Top performers were Alice Summerfield, Victoria Race and Isabella Bradstock, all achieving all A*s in 12 subjects.
