The 2012 Viking Challenge charity cycle beared fruit for Redmile Primary School and charity partner Hearing Dogs for Deaf People at a special celebration.
The challenge, which took place in October, saw over 1,200 cyclists raise a fantastic £24,000 in total.
Nine-year-old Redmile pupil Kellan Poole made his school proud as he won the Peter Snow Special Award and raised £130 in the process.
Viking Challenge committiee chairman Kirsten Hughes presented the school and charity with their cheques at the celebration.
Headteacher Julie Hopkins said: “I’d like to say a massive thank you to Kirsten and members of the committee for all they do to make this event possible.”
