Tuesday, noon - A PUBLIC inquiry into whether a wind farm can be built in the Vale of Belvoir could run into a fourth week. The inquiry, which is now in its third week, could have to continue next week if all evidence and submissions are not heard by Friday (October 17).

The inquiry did not sit yesterday (Monday) or today but will reconvene at Dry Doddington Village Hall tomorrow morning.

After site visits on Thursday, the inquiry will sit again at The Olde Barn Hotel, in Marston, where it has been held since the start, for final submissions.

If developer Infinergy's case takes longer than the allotted time, the inspector will be forced to extend the inquiry into a fourth week.
