Friday, 6am - IT'S time bus pass holders in South Kesteven are treated fairly and given the same rights as their counterparts in the rest of Lincolnshire.South Kesteven District Council is the only authority in Lincolnshire refusing to allow its bus pass holders to travel for free before 9.30am.

The Journal is leading the campaign to get restrictions on peak travel lifted, giving over-60s and disabled people the freedom to travel whenever and wherever they like - for FREE.
