MRS Barbara Mary Fincham, of Belton Lane, Grantham, has died at Grantham Hospital. She was 69.
MRS Barbara Mary Fincham, of Belton Lane, Grantham, has died at Grantham Hospital. She was 69.Born at Grantham, she was one of five children, having three sisters and one brother.
She was a wonderful, caring mum to Frances, Susan, Sally and Peter. She had nine grandchildren and a great grandson, Zak.
For 26 years she worked at Harrison House, Dysart Road, Grantham, retiring due to ill-health. In her younger years she worked at Grantham Hospital.
Mrs Fincham loved life and had so much more to give, she never let her illness prevent her from doing things. She loved her garden and DIY, and would stop at nothing. Her passion was painting, and she always had a paintbrush in her hand.
The Rev June Rowland conducted the funeral service at St Wulfram's Church, Grantham. Cremation followed.
