MRS Julie Nix, of Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, has died at Nottingham City Hospital. She was 46.
MRS Julie Nix, of Belton Lane, Great Gonerby, has died at Nottingham City Hospital. She was 46. She was born at Denton Avenue, Grantham, the second child of Ken and Betty Clayton. She met Steve and they were married for 26 years and had a son, Stuart.
Mrs Nix was employed at Grantham Book Services, formerly Chatto, Bodley Head and Cape, for 30 years, where she reached the position of client service manager.
In her early days her interests included brownies, guides and dancing. She later enjoyed caravanning and spending time watching her son play cricket for Ancaster.
The funeral service was held at St Wulfram's Church, Grantham, conducted by the Rev Sally Myers. Cremation followed at Grantham.

Funeral arrangements were by Robert Holland, St Catherine's Road, Grantham. Donations were received for the Fletcher Ward and Critical Care Ward at Nottingham City Hospital.
