Friday, 2.20pm - AS if we don't have enough dozy parkers parking cars in bizarre places, now motorcyclists are at it too.
Friday, 2.20pm - AS if we don't have enough dozy parkers parking cars in bizarre places, now motorcyclists are at it too.This bike was parked on the pavement on the corner of High Street and Butchers Row this morning, making it nigh on impossible for pedestrians to pass by.
It was spotted by a woman working in a nearby office.
The woman, who wants to remain anonymous, said: "It's parked in the middle of the pavement. Any blind person would walk into it and just fall over it.
"My colleagues and I are just gobsmacked."
