Friday, 2.30pm - THESE pavement-hogging dozy parkers were spotted by Malcolm Fisher.The silver Yaris was parked on the pavement outisde the former Aitch! shop in Butcher's Row, Grantham, this lunchtime and the Fiesta was blocking the whole pavement in Finkin Street on Wednesday evening.
