Pavements aren't for parking
Thursday, 5pm - THIS car was spotted parked in Greyfriars with all four wheels on the pavement- completely blocking the path for pedestrians.
Thursday, 5pm - THIS car was spotted parked in Greyfriars with all four wheels on the pavement- completely blocking the path for pedestrians.The picture was taken by Malcolm Fisher on Wednesday morning.
He said: "I watched the guy try to park it there and he really struggled. It happens quite often and just shows complete ignorance."
