Wednesday, 3pm - STANDARDS at Grantham Hospital have been graded either good or acceptable by the National Patient Safety Agency. The agency released the results of its annual Patient Environment Action Team inspections last week, which measures standards of cleanliness, food and the level of privacy and dignity.
Inspectors visited the hospital in February and found the environment was good, the food was good, and privacy and dignity were acceptable.
Mike Speakman, director of estates and facilities for the United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust, said: "They reflect all of the hard work that goes on within our hospitals to ensure the environment and services we provide are the best they can be for patients, staff and visitors."
