The dozy parkers invade Barrowby

Wednesday, 3.30pm: It's another classic Dozy Parker - and this time it's in Barrowby.IN the fevered mind of the dozy parker, it somehow seems reasonable to leave your car right on the pavement.

This example of quite mind-boggling thoughtlessness was spotted in Reedins Road in Barrowby.

The dozy parker spotter said: "This car inconvenienced members of the public walking along Reedings Road for a number of hours.

"It was parked completely across the whole of the path, forcing mothers with buggies and toddlers to walk in the road."
