This example of quite mind-boggling thoughtlessness was spotted in Reedins Road in Barrowby.
The dozy parker spotter said: "This car inconvenienced members of the public walking along Reedings Road for a number of hours.
"It was parked completely across the whole of the path, forcing mothers with buggies and toddlers to walk in the road."
