Lincolnshire Police will be hosting a business security conference at police headquarters in Lincoln next Tuesday, which is free and open to everyone from the Lincolnshire business community.
The conference has been organised by Lincolnshire’s Crime Reduction and Business Crime Advisor, Alex Parkin, who says there is a full day’s programme. The conference will be opened at 9.30am by Deputy Chief Constable Heather Roach.
Alex said that participants will be able to hear from industry experts in business security as well as view exhibit stands with a range of products to help protect businesses, adding: “We will also be covering such current issues as cyber crime with advice on how to protect against that.”
Alex also hopes those attending will help the force shape its business crime strategy, saying: “This is a free event and we hope businesses will take advantage of this opportunity to tell us what they want to see from their police force and also examine how they can help themselves make improvements to security.”
The force headquarters in Deepdale Lane, Nettleham.
