YOUNGSTERS attending Harrowby Infants School are lucky to welcome so many visitors and take part in exciting extra-curricular activities.
There is lots going on at the Grantham school, with educational visits from the likes of neighbourhood policing teams and Bishop of Grantham Tim Ellis giving pupils the chance to learn interactively.
Clubs and special activities are another method teachers use to educate the children and develop their skills, from sports such as football and tennis to learning the French language.
Fund-raising for causes such as Children in Need and the Poppy Appeal also forms an important part of the school’s ethos. Youngsters also took part in the recent Rotary Swimarathon at The Meres Leisure Centre.
