Good on the Journal for printing all views

Have your say

DAVID Close seems to think that any letter sent to the Journal that is critical of Mrs T should be censored - why stop there, Mr Close?

We could rename the Grantham Journal Pravda, build a Gulag on the Hills and Hollows - where critics of Mrs T could be re-educated for a couple of years - then they could be taken to a show trial at the Guildhall, where they would re-cant their heresy.

Perhaps we could allowyour dissenters to be flogged under Newton’s statue on Boxing Day, as a warm-up for the hunt?

I am always somewhat bemused that the supporters of a party that proclaims its total belief in free speech are the first to want to deny the oxygen of publicity to ordinary people who disagree with their views.
