PLANS for a major 4,000-home development south of Grantham will be on public display at Grantham Library on Friday and Saturday (April 27 and 28).
South Kesteven District Council has worked with the land owner, The Buckminster Trust, to create two layouts for the “Southern Quadrant” development and the public are being invited to choose which one they prefer.
The layouts also include the long-awaited east/west bypass.
You can view the plans at Grantham Library on Friday between 10am and 3pm or at the library on Saturday between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
Leader of SKDC Coun Linda Neal said: “We want to make sure that any future development fits in with the existing area, protects the environment where possible, and is sensitive to the existing communities. That’s why we want to hear the views of local people during this important consultation stage.”
