Grantham Hospital stroke services improve

STROKE patients at Grantham Hospital are benefiting from changes to the therapy services, which now run seven days a week.

These services, which include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics and speech and language therapy, have been extended to help supply rehabilitation to the 10 stroke beds at Grantham. It is hoped this will improve patient outcomes and reduce the amount of time patients need to stay in hospital.
