A CONSULTATION has begun on as Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust prepares for change.

By 2014 all such trusts will either become foundation trusts or become part of existing foundation trusts. LCHS, which employs around 2,800 staff with an annual budget of more than £110 million, is inviting views as it works to become an NHS Foundation Trust in April 2013.
