People are being urged to nominate NHS staff and volunteers for awards.
Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust staff awards 2014 are now open for members of the public and carers to nominate its staff and volunteers to receive an award at the Making a Difference Every Day awards ceremony in March.
The NHS organisation is celebrating inspirational staff and volunteers who live the NHS values by applauding their dedication and commitment to deliver patient care.
The awards, organised by the Trust, celebrate and reward the extraordinary achievements of its staff and volunteers, many of whom often go beyond the call of duty in their work for the benefit of patients and service users. This year there are a number of different categories which recognise services, individuals, innovations, inclusivity, volunteers and leadership.
Trust chairman, Eileen Ziemer-Cottingham, said: “The awards appreciate and celebrate the delivery of quality mental and social health care services across the county whilst recognising outstanding individual contributions.”
“This is a great opportunity for members of the public to nominate people for their contribution to delivering excellent patient care.”
The closing date for nominations is November 28. Shortlisted finalists will be invited to an awards ceremony held in March where the winners will be announced. Nomination forms and more information about the awards can be
obtained from www.lpft.nhs.uk/making-a-difference or in reception of Trust buildings.
