Breakthrough Breast Cancer is looking for people to help bike 200 miles on a static bike in The George Centre tomorrow (Oct 22) as part of national breast cancer awareness month.
From today (Monday) the staff will be doing lots to raise money including letting people guess the amount of sweets in a jar, naming the teddy bear and lots more. On Friday there will be a raffle and Tombola. There will also be face painting between 12pm and 2pm.
Organiser Bob McGuffie said: “There will be fun and games. It’s something I’ve done for quite a few years.
“Last year I raised about £500 so we hope to get that again.”
To find out more go along to the cafe.
