Fed up with calls and junk mail

I AM fed up with junk mail and unwanted telephone calls. I am an OAP and I received 28 telephone calls in five days. I’ve tried leaving the telephone off the hook for three minutes so that the callers incur costs and I’ve tried blocking these calls but have had no luck.

I do not bin junk mail but return it to sender and keep our postmen employed.

Is it possible to sue these people for harrassment?

Any advice welcome.
