IS South Kesteven District Council and Rail Network planning to set up a boating lake franchise?

The underpass leading to Station Road has been flooded for the last month or so. At least the graffiti artists won’t be in there tagging, due to them getting their designer trainers ruined.

Row, row, row your boat, gently down Station road underpass stream. But it’s not a lovely dream, it’s a nightmare.
