Stop speeding in Uplands area

To the person who hit my cat at around 6.30pm on June 26 in Uplands Drive and didnt stop to help him, I hope you can live with killing a poor defenceless animal.

To the person who hit my cat at around 6.30pm on June 26 in Uplands Drive and didnt stop to help him, I hope you can live with killing a poor defenceless animal. He was part of our family and you so cruelly took him from us from driving far too fast.

He died in my arms after you zoomed off without any care and consideration. And now a big hole has been left in our hearts including my little girl's. To people who drive in the Uplands area take more care and attention.

Not only do pets roam the streets but children play too.

What does it have to take to stop people speeding around here?
