Remember your loved ones at Light Up A Life, put on every year by the team at Grantham Hospice.
Light up a Life is an occasion where the hospice welcomes people along to think of those they have lost at Christmas.
Many people find comfort in attending the non-religious services, which feature readings and songs to honour the memory of loved ones and offer the opportunity to pause, reflect, and remember the life of someone special.
Alongside these special services is a Christmas appeal for those wishing to dedicate a light on one of the hospice’s Trees of Life in memory of someone special. The appeal has been out for around six weeks and so far it has raised just over £16,600 towards the ongoing cost of the hospice care provided. If you, too, would like to dedicate a light in memory of someone special you can do this by completing the form which is on the attached leaflet or you can do it online at www.stbarnabashospice.co.uk/Donation/DonationDetails
Light up a Life in Grantham takes place on Tuesday, December 3, at 6pm at St Wulfram’s Church. For more information, contact Tina Dingley in the fund-raising department on 01476 591010 or 513542.
