APPEAL - Have you found Rosie’s lost brooch?
Have you seen this brooch?
The Journal has been contacted by a lady desperate to track down a lost brooch with sentimental value.
Rosie daCosta lost the RAF wings brooch bought for her by her husband in the early 1970s when he was stationed at RAF Spitalgate driving between Stoke Rochford and Lincoln, with a stop off at Aldi in Grantham.
The brooch is silvery coloured pierced metal, with RAF in the middle in a gold colour, and is about 7cm (3inches) long.
Rosie said: “The sentimental value is enormous to me and I long for its return.”
Rosie said she will offer a reward to anyone who can return the brooch to her.
IF YOU’VE FOUND THE BROOCH CONTACT THE JOURNAL ON 01476 562291.
