Becky Jones, 20, from Grantham.

She is currently doing a BTEC level two diploma in IT, which she is really enjoying. She is doing courses to build up her skills and confidence. From May until August she took part in the Prince’s Trust, which helped with her social skills.

She is looking for part-time retail work ideally. But she is willing to try other work.

Becky thinks her personality would suit retail work as she is talkative and quite confident. But she has anxiety issues and struggles with her nerves and a lack of confidence when it comes to interviews.
