A man charged with 10 counts of sexually assaulting young boys will have his case heard at crown court.
Joshua Carl Heron, 24, of River View Maltings in Grantham, appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, accused of touching five underage boys in the Boston area. Four of the offences are alleged to have taken place between December 1, 2012, and June 8, 2013, while the other six are dated between April 24, 2013, and June 8, 2013. Heron, represented by Louise Taylor of Wilkin Chapman, entered no plea during his appearance. His case was sent by magistrates to Lincoln Crown Court to appear on May 7. He was granted bail on the condition that he does not have unsupervised contact with any child under the age of 16.
