Criminal damage charge is denied at Grantham court
A MAN, who is accused of assault by beating and criminal damage, will be tried at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on December 14.
Daniel Finney, 30, of Sycamore Court, Grantham, denied both charges.
He is accused of assaulting a woman on August 18 and damaging a shop window.
He was released on conditional bail.
