Planning permission sought to change the use of thiese premises from retail to cafe.

A former shop in the centre of town could become a cafe if plans submitted by Mr Dogan Beyez of Peterborough are approved by South Kesteven planners.

The double fronted unit at 26 and 27A High Street is currently vacant. It has previously been a stationary shop and, more recently, a furniture store.

Mr Beyez wants planning permission to change the use of the shop, which has 163 square metres of floor space, to create a cafe and takeaway.
