Swingbridge Road Children’s Centre held a special family event in The George Centre with dozens of families bringing their children along.
Julie Ashworth of the children’s centre said: “The kids really enjoyed it and the parents said it was nice to have something in the middle of town as people do struggle to get to us at times.” Another day is planned at The George for December 7 and the children’s centre is holding an open day on November 1.
