Fire crews tackle two blazes in the Grantham area
Firefighters were out twice in the Grantham area this morning (Wednesday) to tackle vehicle fires.
Crews from Brant Broughton and Newark were called to a blaze in a vacant caravan in Stragglethorpe just before 5.45am. They soon put out the fire, in Stragglethorpe Lane.
Meanwhile, a crew from Grantham attended a car fire in Barrowby Road, Grantham, at around 6.08am. They used one hose reel and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the flames.
