Grantham court: Man denies six sexual offences

A 54-year-old man appeared before Grantham magistrates on Monday charged with sexual offences against a girl under 16 years of age.

Terrence Walker, of Chalk Road, Walpole St Peter, Wisbech, pleaded not guilty to six charges. He is accused of three charges of engaging in non-penetrative sex with a girl aged 13 or 14 between April 1, 2012, and November 1, 2012, in Grantham, two charges of inciting a girl aged 13 or 14 to engage in non-penetrative sexual activity between April 1, 2012, and November 1, 2012, in Grantham, and a charge of sexual assault on a 13-year-old girl in Bourne between December 1, 2011, and February 1, 2012.

The case was adjourned for trial at Lincoln Crown Court on April 7. Mr Walker was given bail on condition he did not contact two named witnesses and did not go to a named address in Bourne and another in Grantham.
