Grantham motorist denies breath test charge
A woman who failed to provide a breath test denies doing so without reasonable excuse.
Patricia Ellis, of Harrowby Road, Grantham, pleaded not guilty at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on Monday. It is said she failed to provide a specimen at Grantham Police Station on October 5.
Ellis, 49, will return to the court on December 21 for trial. She was granted unconditional bail.
