Grantham youngsters are invited to join the National Trust Kids’ Council

COULD your youngster become a National Trust advisor?

The organisation, which runs Belton House and Woolsthorpe Manor, is recruiting a group of 10 children to play a role in developing its outdoor campaigns and making properties more fun for younger visitors.

Children must be aged between seven and 12, and have a natural love for the outdoors. An “adventurous spirit and wild imagination” are also important.

The Kids’ Council will meet throughout 2013 and report their findings into the National Trust’s Visitor Experience Director.

Applications can be downloaded at www.nationaltrust.org.uk/kidscouncil and sent back via e-mail or post, or handed in at National Trust properties by September 7, 2012.
