Lincolnshire Police reports a rise in bicycle thefts in Grantham

BICYCLE thefts have rocketed in Grantham, leading Lincolnshire Police to launch a dedicated operation.

‘Hotspots’ will be patrolled more often. These include University Court, London Road, St Catherine’s Roadd, the town centre, Asda and the Isaac Newton Centre.

Cyclists are also urged to invest in quality D-locks, and to lock them up in areas covered by CCTV.
