‘No further action’ to be taken against Grantham Canal sexual assault accused
A man arrested on suspicion of a sexual assault against a teenage girl has been released with no further action to be taken.
The girl was reportedly forced into a car in Huntingtower Road and driven to a Grantham Canal towpath before being sexually assaulted and returned to the Grantham road.
A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police said that enquiries are ongoing but no further action will be taken at this time.
