Gritters were out in force last night, says Lincolnshire County Council.
Vehicles were also fitted with ploughs when they set out last night, and again at 7.30am this morning, in a bid to clear A and B roads of snow.
Gritters clear only A and B roads, which represent around a third of the county’s road network.
* Meanwhile, car parks run by South Kesteven District Council are open as normal today.
Ploughs (pictured above) have been out clearing away some of the snow - although spaces are still covered. Motorists are advised to drive with care.
