Shredding machine weighing 20 tonnes stolen in Colsterworth

A shredder weighing 20 tonnes has been stolen from a road in Colsterworth.

The large Hammel shredder was stolen from Honey Pot Lane, Colsterworth, between 4pm on Friday, June 6, and 9am the following morning. The shedder is about nine metres long. Police say it would need transportation as it cannot be driven on the road.

The shredder is red, orange and black with the logo ‘ARJES’ on the machine.

If anyone has any relevant information regarding this incident they should call 101, quoting incident number 123 of June 7.
