A father of four has done a parachute jump and raised over £1000 for a charity which supported his close friends after the death of their son.

Lee Prothero did the tandem skydive at Langar Airfield to raise funds for ‘Saying Goodbye’, which supports parents who have lost a child during pregnancy, at birth or during infancy.

The 29-year-old from Wilkinson Road in Foston said: “Saying Goodbye really help and support people who have lost a child, and I wanted to make people aware of the charity.”

Lee also thanked Langar Airfield for their assistance with the charity jump, and he has already raised an impressive £1100.
