Sophie Kerr, 19, from Grantham.

She got her last job in a pet shop after completing work experience with the company but got made redundant over a year ago when the shop shut down. She has experience of data input and says she is good with a computer.

She built up two years of experience in the shop and would like to work in retail again. Her dream job would be with a youth offending team. She would like to be able to direct people in the right way so that they do not follow others and get into trouble.

Sophie has a caring personality and she likes helping people.

As unemployment increases in Grantham at a higher rate than any other part of Lincolnshire our new Journal campaign wants to help people get back to work.
