Traditional Belvoir Hunt gathering in Grantham

Families took a break from the festivities on Boxing Day to see the annual Belvoir Hunt meet in Grantham town centre.
More than 40 horses and riders gathered in St Peter’s Hill to take part in the traditional event. Belvoir Hunt secretary Bambi Hornbuckle said: “We had 40 plus horses and a very good crowd of spectators, who were all very supportive. The Mayor and his staff put on a very good meet and plenty of stirrup cups and mince pies. A good time was had by all.”
