Trial for drink-drive accused stopped in Grantham
A motorist from Grantham admits driving with no MOT test certificate but denies driving while over the alcohol limit.
David Millward, of North Parade, appeared at the magistartes’ court on Monday. It is said he drove a BMW in Barrowby Road on October 19 while over the drink-drive limit.
A trial date was set for January 23 at the magistrates’ court.
Millward, 39, was granted unconditional bail.
