Unlicensed street traders are operating in the town centre
POLICE are warning people not to buy anything from unlicensed street traders after a number of complaints were reported about them operating in Grantham.
A police spokesman said: “Licensed street traders will posses a South Kesteven District Council Street Trading Licence which should be displayed.”
The licence will show the council logo and a photograph of the licence holder.”
If people are in doubt about whether a trader is licensed or not they should contact the council’s licensing team on 01476 406300 or Grantham Police on 0300 111 0300.
