UPDATE: Three men arrested after theft of JCB at Hougham

Three men have been arrested after a JCB teleporter was stolen from a farm in Hougham at just after 8pm yesterday.

Officers were quickly dispatched to the scene and three suspects were arrested in the area a short time later.

One 35-year-old Lincoln man has been arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.

Two other men, one aged 23 from Lincoln and one aged 53 from Norfolk, have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to steal a motor vehicle.

All three are currently in custody and will be questioned in due course.

Lincolnshire Police are thanking members of the public who reported the incident, and whose quick actions and concise information was of great help to officers.

They are also continuing to investigate the theft of a yellow ABBA plant hire JCB teleporter last seen at Fulbeck airfield on August 31, registration ending DVZ (incident number 75 of September 1).
