Update: Trains now running normally between Doncaster and Grantham

East Coast Trains are now reporting the line is clear between Doncaster and Grantham and trains are running normally.

4pm - A broken down train at Newark North Gate is causing disruption on the railway lines.

As a result, trains between Doncaster and Grantham may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

The break down is mainly affecting trains travelling from Doncaster towards Grantham. There is no current estimate for when a normal service will resume.
